Dave Sunderland, President
Dave, along with co-founder Terry James, started T&D Machine Handling
with a commitment to provide customers with outstanding service &
unparalleled quality. With over 20 years of experience in the machine
tool, graphic arts & other heavy equipment industries, Dave always
understood the importance of handling customer’s equipment in a safe &
professional manner.
The belief that a successful
machine handling organization could be built, based on the best quality,
with the most professional staff, at the lowest unit costs, was the
driving force. Under these executive’s leadership, T&D Machine Handling
attained Fortune 500 clients from all over the world. Seeing a new
opportunity, Dave formed T&D Remarketed Services to refurbish Heidelberg
trade-in equipment & upgrade machines that required technical
advancement.
In December 2002, T&D
Remarketed Services attained ISO 9001:2000 certification, the seal of
quality recognized around the world. T&D Global Group was created with
the desire to provide refurbished equipment & technical services to
commercial printers, other manufacturers & owners with the same
fundamental quality principles. |

Sandy Sunderland,
Controller
Sandy has successfully managed the financials for T&D for many years,
hence leading to the formation of the T&D Global Group.
Sandy is driven and dedicated
to ensuring that all financial goals are being effectively executed
throughout all of T&D Global Group.
Besides managing "the books",
Sandy enjoys playing with her dogs, reading great novels, seeing funny
movies and traveling with her husband Dave to fun places, especially
Colorado. |

Jeff Whitacre,
Vice-President, Sales
Jeff began his career in used equipment in 1978 as a salesman for
Whitacre Sunbelt dealership selling New Komori presses. Jeff was
promoted to Product Manager and eventually became President of the
company.
In 1990, Jeff started WBE,
Inc. WBE specialized in selling used printing equipment throughout the
industry. This paved the way for coming aboard T&D Global Group in 2005.
Jeff resides in Roswell, Georgia and enjoys fast cars, motorcycles,
sports and most of all, raising his family, alongside his wife Donna.

Terry Waldrop,
Vice-President, Refurbishment
Terry has 27 years of experience in the Graphic Arts field focusing on
field service and technical support management. Experience includes
printing press and die cutting machines ranging from 18” to 77”
manufactured by Heidelberg, Komori, Mitsubishi, BOBST, Harris, and many
others. Terry has been factory trained by both Komori and BOBST.
Technical management experience began in the 1980’s with the Komori
dealership in the southeast.
Responsibilities ultimately
included all field service activities, installations, technical
mechanical and electrical support for customers and service staff, and
technical sales support in the 7 state southeast region.
The last 9 years have been
dedicated to developing a world-class refurbishment processing system
for sheet fed printing presses producing consistent quality results
while meeting the rigorous ISO 9001 Quality Management System
requirements. |

Lonnie Franklin,
Vice-President, Service & Support
Lonnie has over 36 years experience in the Graphic Arts Industry. During
Lonnie’s 25 years at Heidelberg USA, he served as a Senior A Mechanic
where he was factory trained in Heidelberg, Germany. Lonnie specialized
in print problems, perfecting problems and gear alignments. He also
served as a Rebuild Foreman and was instrumental in setting the
standards of training for Apprentice Mechanics in Field Service.
Lonnie established the
parameters for rebuilding Heidelberg presses while he served as the
Training School Manager where he was responsible for training field
service technicians and customer in-house technicians. Lonnie has also
served as Regional Service Manager for 12 years. He was the supervisor
of 42 technicians located in four states.
Lonnie resides in Howell
Michigan where he is happily married with two children. On the weekend,
Lonnie enjoys auto racing, fishing and flying. |

Stacy Ellis, Director,
Technology
Stacy brings years of experience in the Information Technology field to
T&D Global Group. Stacy has been at the helm of T&D Machine Handling's
nerve center serving in the capacity of Network Administrator. Stacy has
single-handedly designed the networks for all of the affiliated T&D
companies and maintains them currently.
From troubleshooting network
outages, to adding a new T&D Global client, to mobile technology
development for our reps & technicians in the field, to assisting with
the implementation of the latest security program to keep our networks
secure, Stacy is the man when it comes to technology at T&D Global Group.
Stacy resides in Alpharetta,
Georgia where he enjoys socializing with family & friends. |
