Ernie Boling, Technical
Support Specialist
Ernie gained his reputation as a dedicated and hard working individual
by learning the ropes in the printing press “rigging” field. He earned
his position as service technician by applying the same intensity to
servicing and refurbishing offset printing presses as he did guarding
the integrity of each press during the rigging procedure.
He is a qualified service
technician having experience on all makes and models of sheet-fed offset
presses, plus some flexo-graphic machines.
Ernie has been the lead

Gary Gardner, Technical
Support Specialist
Gary brings to T&D Global a wealth of experience relating to heavy
industrial equipment and a through knowledge of electrical system
requirements, having over 30 years of combined experience. Gary’s
contribution to the refurbishment of offset sheet-fed printing presses
is a special skill given to only a very few….that being, spatial
recognition.
He is the lead floor
technician in the Preparation Department because he understands the
inner working of “all” the parts, including hydraulic, electrical, and
air actuation. He understands the principal, “each printing unit
demonstrates true perfection when each step of the quality process is
perfected”.
Gary's reliance on perfection
provides leadership to each technician under his supervision and
motivates each to do their very best. Incidentally, Gary’s two sons,
Felix and Scott are employed by T&D Machine Handling which embellishes
the statement, “T&D’s family of companies”. |

Sam Kemp, Technical Support
Specialist
Sam began in the Graphic Arts industry in 1984 while working a part-time
summer job assisting a friend & service technician. Shortly thereafter,
it had turned into a full time career. By 1989, he was blessed with an
opportunity to work for an independent service provider that serviced a
variety of press manufacturers.
This proved to be crucial in
the knowledge and overall understanding of printing mechanics that Sam
has established today. In 2000, Sam joined T&D Machine Handling with the
primary focus on the refurbishment of Heidelberg printing equipment.
Sam resides in Gainesville, GA
with his wife Christi. Together, they have been blessed with 4 wonderful
