	Ida Hayes, Process Managing Specialist Ida brings over 33 years of experience in business process development and administrative support to the T&D Global team.   Ida began her career at a fencing and lumber company where she excelled in sales, lead generation, accounts payable, tax preparation, insurance processing and payroll systems. Her career then took her into educational services where she was responsible for the daily business operations of a large-scale athletic high school organization.   Ida implemented this organization’s first computerized system and was instrumental in the development of the software used to maintain their system. Ida successfully serves T&D Global in the capacity of accounting, billing and administrative support to the Refurbishment Center.   Ida currently resides in Cumming, Georgia where her greatest joy in life is being a loving mother to her three children and wife to her husband Kent.
	Nettie Rayborn, Customer Support Specialist Nettie has over 25 years of experience in Customer Service. Nettie has been involved with dispatch for over 10 years. Many of you will remember her as the “voice” you heard when you’ve called about your large format press. T&D Global is proud to have Nettie’s professionalism, along with her pleasant voice and demeanor.   Nettie resides in Taylor, Michigan and has three children. Nettie’s enjoys walking, reading and remains very involved with her local Church and raising her two dogs.
	Don Stormo, eCommerce & Marketing Specialist Don maintains T&D Global’s website, while continuously building a cohesive & comprehensive marketing campaign through a variety of advertising media.   Over the last 20 years, Don has provided marketing & information systems solutions to a variety of manufacturing, direct sales & eCommerce companies. Previously, Don served HP/Compaq & Amrep as an SAP Business Consultant. Don earned his Marketing degree from Kennesaw State University. Serving as a Technology & Business Process consultant over the past few years, Don has implemented websites, branding solutions, order management, & customer service systems for a variety of small to medium sized businesses throughout the Atlanta-metro area.   Don enjoys designing websites, restoring antique furniture, gardening, working out, raising his pet beagle and cliff diving.
	Donna Whitacre, Sales Support Specialist Donna brings over 18 years of Sales Support & Information Management experience into the T&D Global Family. From 1999 to 2005, Donna was Co-Owner & President, along-side her husband Jeff Whitacre, of WBE, Inc., a Roswell, Georgia based used printing equipment company.   From 1992 to 1999, Donna held the positions of Executive Assistant & Assistant to VP Marketing; VP, Technical & Commercial Development, Marketing Manager, Market Development Manager & Latin American Relations where her duties included monitoring marketing activities, new business development, R&D accruals, market research, management of trademarks & preparation of reports for clients, including Home Depot & Sherwin Williams.   Donna also held business management positions at the North American Hockey League (NAHL) & Haas Publishing Companies, Inc. where she was a key player in the design & production of the Atlanta Apartment Journal that generated over $2 million in annual sales.   Donna was introduced to the printing industry when she worked as Executive Secretary at Whitacre-Sunbelt, Inc. in Alpharetta, GA where she was responsible for secretarial & administrative support to the President & sales staff helping them generate over $30 million dollars in annual sales
