• Dedicated to our vigorous IS0 certified refurbishment process, we focus on each piece of equipment's individual needs.

• From our CO² and hand cleaning stations, through our pre-assembly and assembly departments, we focus on quality before quantity. The equipment itself dictates the time frame in which the processes are completed. We will never sacrifice the integrity varying from our procedures.

• Our refurbishment processes are IS0 9001:2000 certified.  These processes encompass a database of over 13,000 checklist items.

• Technicians utilizing these checklist documents, deliver a quality product based on consistency and the use of developed procedures.

• This extensive program is designed to include specific identifiable checks, inspections, repairs, adjustments, and testing at the end of each process. Combined these items restore quality and value to the machine.

• T&D Global's refurbishment checklist is a "living" document which continually evolves into a more detailed quality control document and just continues to improve with each use.
